I did went through multiple vendors but Downhome guys provided me a decent quote. Sales person Cesar provided me a project plan with photos helped to visualize my sunroom. No other vendor provided me this much detail. Also the architect/ construction manager, John did a great job. He’s very experience guy and he’s very particular on minute things to bring a good quality output. Also I liked the way he owns the project. For example, while he’s doing roofing a small portion is leftover and next day was rain predicted. Though it was Saturday he came and completed that portion before rain comes. Manager Joe, was very good in quick response also he provided me a valuable suggestions on project. A big thanks to all Downhome construction personnel’s.

I thought you guys did a great job. However I believe one of my gutters was crushed, crew left some drink bottles behind I had to clean up and left a mess on driveway I need to clean up such as skidster tire marks and dirtyiness left behind. It would of been better if no mess was left behind and new deck rinsed off before leaving.
