The work was done well and the crew was friendly. I just would have liked to have had better communication with sales staff. After we paid our down payment in April we didn’t hear anything from you. I texted a couple of times to find out what was the plan but didn’t hear anything until July. This made it difficult to plan our summer. Even a monthly text letting us know our status would have been appreciated. That being said, when the work started, the crew was exceptional.

There was a significant delay in starting the work due to company's backlog and due to COVID-19. Once started, progress was rapid. The crew answered our questions. They did a good job cleaning up after, except for a very little bit where the lumber had been stacked on the driveway.
