Joe Hay III started working for DHC in the summer of 2012 and every summer in between while he attended Ferris State University. He graduated in 2019 with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a minor in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Since then he has been a full time employee at Down Home Construction. Joe currently works in sales and in the field building custom Trex decks on his cousin John’s crew.
In his free time he enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing, as well spending quality time with his fiancé and son Joe E Hay IV, and friends.
